No release is...unhealthy?
So when I started getting serious about male chastity and really researching it so I could be educated to help introduce my wife to it, one thing I came across (no pun intended) fairly routinely was that if men don't get some kind of release at some sort of interval, it is bad for the prostate. The assertion generally goes that the prostate builds up fluids and that is somehow bad for it and therefore, while the Dominant doesn't have to provide a pleasurable orgasm, they should do something to cause a "release".
The most common approaches I seem to find were full, regular orgasms, ruined orgasms, and prostate milking. The first one doesn't need any explanation but for those who may not be familiar, a ruined orgasm is just what you're probably thinking - you bring the man right to the brink, past the point of no return and then stop your contact. The result is, since they are too far gone, they ejaculate but don't get the intense pleasure because you didn't keep up your pleasuring. And yes, they suck!
Prostate milking is, my opinion, somewhat specific to the individual. This can be done in a few ways but a common technique is for the Dominant to insert a couple fingers into the sub's rectum, find the prostate and massage/rub it until fluid leaks out of the penis. While I suspect most men will discharge at least a little precum, I don't know that everyone has much of a significant release that would cure this supposed build up problem. I generally don't have any real volume and it is less now that I'm older.
Further, a common maximum time from to remain "safe" that I would read was two weeks! C'mon now... If dude's could only go two weeks with a seminal fluid release or risk prostate issues, it would be widely known and taught from a young age. Millions of men go way longer than that for all kinds of reasons every day.
Further, I personally couldn't find any credible medical research that supports any of this.
I'm not a medical professional in any way, shape, or form and people need to do their own research and draw their own conclusions, but I personally suspect this is a convenient way for "chaste" men to get some kind of attention and relief.
Again, people need to make their own choices, but I told Domme T that I have zero physical health concerns regarding prolonged abstinence. Now, the mental anguish, well that's another thing altogether. 😉
